Can I get this shipped directly to me?

Great question! We hope to add this feature in the future. At this time, all orders are delivered together in one shipment to the coach, teacher, or leader and then distributed from there.

Can I make a change to my order?

If you need to revise your order before the deadline, please call the Impact Spirit Wear office. We’ll do what we can to help you. Please feel free to call us Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm (Pacific Standard Time) at 800-704-5578

Unfortunately, changes can only be made BEFORE the store closing date. Once the ordering deadline has been reached, your order is locked in. No changes may be made.

Can I order after the deadline?

We wish we could help, but like the Magic 8 Ball says, “Outlook Not So Good.”
When your store closes, we immediately begin manufacturing the products that were ordered on time. This makes it possible for the whole order to be completed by the date promised
New requests after the deadline cannot be produced together with the on-time orders, making the costs for individual orders prohibitive.

How do I choose the correct size?

Each shirt style measures a little differently. When choosing your style, click on the size chart underneath the product photos. Choose a shirt you already own that matches your size well. Take the measurements as described and compare your shirt with the style you’re ordering. This should help you see how the various shirts measure up with your current wardrobe.

How will I get my order?

All orders are delivered at once to the coach or administrator in charge of this store. It’s up to them to when and how they will distribute your order to you.

Can I set up a store like this for another group?

You sure can! First, visit our store page to learn how the process works. Then fill out the form and we’ll be in touch to help get you started!

What’s the return policy?

Because every item is custom made to order, returns are not permitted. Exceptions may be made for defective products.

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is free. Your order (along with all the others) will be shipped for free to your store administrator, who will then distribute to you.

When will I get my order?

Excited for your gear to arrive? We can’t blame you.

In most cases your order is delivered along with all the others (to the store admin) within 2 weeks of the store closing. Deliveries go directly to the store administrator (coach, leader, teacher, band mom) for them to distribute to you at their determined time.
